O Prophet! say to your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers that they let down upon them their over-garments; this will be more proper, that they may be known, and thus they will not be given trouble; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease and the agitators in the city do not desist, We shall most certainly set you over them, then they shall not be your neighbors in it but for a little while; 60 They shall have a curse on them: whenever they are found, they shall be seized and slain (without mercy). 61 Such has been the way of Allah with those who have passed before them, and you shall find no change in the ways of Allah. 62 People ask you about the Hour (of the great change). Say: "Only God has knowledge of it. Who knows? The Hour may be close at hand." 63 Allah has indeed cursed the disbelievers, and has kept prepared for them a blazing fire. 64 therein they shall abide for ever. They shall find none to protect or help them. 65 On the day when their faces will be turned from side to side on the fire, they will say, "Would that we had obeyed God and the Messenger!" 66 They shall say, 'Our Lord, we obeyed our chiefs and great ones, and they led us astray from the way. 67 Lord, make them to suffer double torment and subject them to the greatest condemnation." 68
