O Prophet! Tell thy wives and thy daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks close round them (when they go abroad). That will be better, so that they may be recognised and not annoyed. Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful. 59 ۞ Truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the City, desist not, We shall certainly stir thee up against them: Then will they not be able to stay in it as thy neighbours for any length of time: 60 Accursed, they will be seized wherever found and slain with a (fierce) slaughter. 61 That was the way of Allah in the case of those who passed away of old; thou wilt not find for the way of Allah aught of power to change. 62 People ask you concerning the Hour, say: "The knowledge of it is with Allah only. What do you know? It may be that the Hour is near!" 63 Allah has indeed cursed the disbelievers, and has kept prepared for them a blazing fire. 64 wherein they will live forever without being able to find any guardian or helper. 65 On the Day when their faces shall be tossed about in the fire, they will exclaim, "Oh, would that we had paid heed unto God, and paid heed unto the Apostle!" 66 They will say: "O our Lord, we obeyed our leaders and the elders, but they only led us astray. 67 O our Sustainer! Give them double suffering, and banish them utterly from Thy grace!" 68
