O Prophet, tell your wives, your daughters and the believing women to draw their veils close to them, so it is likelier they will be known, and not hurt. Allah is the Forgiver, the Most Merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and perverts, and the rumour-mongers of Madinah, do not desist even now, We shall rouse you against them, so they would not be able to live but a short time in the city with you. 60 Accursed, wherever found, they shall be seized and killed with a (terrible) slaughter. 61 This was the tradition of God with those who lived before. There will never be any change in the tradition of God. 62 People ask you concerning the Hour (of Resurrection). Say: “Allah alone has knowledge of it. What do you know? Perhaps the Hour is nigh.” 63 Allah has cursed the unbelievers and prepared for them a Blaze. 64 They will live in it for ever, and will find no saviour or helper. 65 On the day when their faces shall be turned back into the fire, they shall say: O would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Apostle! 66 And they would say: "Our Lord! We obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us as to the (right) Path. 67 O our Lord! give them a double punishment and curse them with a great curse. 68
