Say thou: call upon those whom ye assert beside Allah. They own not an atom's weight either in the heavens or in the earth, nor have they any partnership in either, nor is there for Him from among them any supporter. 22 No intercession can avail with Allah except for him whom Allah permits (to intercede). When their hearts are relieved of fright they will ask the intercessors: “What did your Lord say?” They will reply: “(He said) what is right, and He is the High, the Great.” 23 ۞ Say, "Who provides you with sustenance from the heavens and the earth?" Say, "It is God. Only one group among us has the true guidance. The others must certainly be in plain error". 24 Say: Ye will not be asked of what we committed, nor shall we be asked of what ye do. 25 Say: “Our Lord will bring us together and then He will rightly judge between us. He is the Great Judge, the All-Knowing.” 26 Say to them, "Show me those whom you have joined with Him as partners. No indeed! For He alone is God, the Mighty One, the Wise One." 27 We have sent you only as a bearer of good tidings and admonisher for all mankind; yet most people do not understand. 28 And they say: When is this promise (to be fulfilled) if ye are truthful? 29 Say thou: the appointment to you is for a Day which ye cannot put back for one hour nor can ye anticipate. 30
