Say, [O Muhammad], "Invoke those you claim [as deities] besides Allah." They do not possess an atom's weight [of ability] in the heavens or on the earth, and they do not have therein any partnership [with Him], nor is there for Him from among them any assistant. 22 No intercession can avail with Allah except for him whom Allah permits (to intercede). When their hearts are relieved of fright they will ask the intercessors: “What did your Lord say?” They will reply: “(He said) what is right, and He is the High, the Great.” 23 ۞ Say: 'Who provides for you out of the heavens and the earth?' Say: 'God.' Surely, either we or you are upon right guidance, or in manifest error. 24 Say: 'You will not be questioned concerning our sins, neither shall we be questioned as to what you do.' 25 Tell them, "Our Lord will gather us together; then He will judge between us with truth and justice. He is the Just Decider, the All Knowing." 26 Say to them, "Show me those whom you have joined with Him as partners. No indeed! For He alone is God, the Mighty One, the Wise One." 27 We have sent you as a bearer of glad news and a warner to the whole of mankind, but most people do not know. 28 They ask you: “When will this promise (of Resurrection) be fulfilled, if what you say is true?” 29 Say, "That day has already been decreed for you and you cannot change the time of its coming even by a single hour." 30
