1/4 Hizb 44
< random >
۞ Say thou: I but exhort you unto one thing: that ye stand, for Allah's sake, by twos and singly, and then ponder; in your companion there is no madness; he is naught but a warner unto you preceding a torment severe. 46 Say: Whatever reward I might have asked of you is yours. My reward is the affair of Allah only. He is Witness over all things. 47 Say: 'My Lord hurls the truth -- the Knower of the Unseen.' 48 Say to them, "The Truth has come and will endure. Falsehood has no power to originate any good, nor to reproduce it." 49 Say, "If I go astray it will only be against my own soul, but if I receive guidance, it will be through my Lord's revelations." He is All-hearing and Omnipresent. 50 If thou couldst but see when they will quake with terror; but then there will be no escape (for them), and they will be seized from a position (quite) near. 51 And then they will say: we believe therein. But whence can there be the attainment of faith from a place so afar. 52 seeing they disbelieved in it before, guessing at the Unseen from a place far away? 53 And a barrier is set between them and that they desire, as was done with the likes of them aforetime; they were in doubt disquieting. 54
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
