۞ O men! you are they who stand in need of Allah, and Allah is He Who is the Self-sufficient, the Praised One. 15 He could take you away if He pleased and bring a new creation (in your place). 16 this is not a great matter for Allah. 17 No one will bear the burden of another. Even if an overburdened soul should ask another to bear a part of his burden, no one, not even a relative, will do so. (Muhammad), you can only warn those who have fear of their Lord without seeing Him and who are steadfast in prayer. Whoever purifies himself, does so for his own good. To God do all things return. 18 The blind and the seeing are not equal, 19 Nor are the depths of Darkness and the Light; 20 Nor shade and heat of sunshine. 21 nor are the living and the dead. God causes whom He will to hear Him, but you cannot make those who are in their graves hear you. 22 You, [O Muhammad], are not but a warner. 23 We have sent you with the truth, to give glad tidings and to warn. Never has there been a community to which an admonisher was not sent. 24 If they call you a liar, so had those before them called their apostles liars, who had come to them with clear proofs, scriptures and the splendent Book. 25 Then I seized those who disbelieved, and how was My rejection! 26
