ART THOU NOT aware that God sends down water from the skies, whereby We bring forth fruits of many hues - just as in the mountains there are streaks of white and red of various shades, as well as (others) raven-black, 27 And of men and beasts and cattle, likewise of diverse colours. Those only of His bondmen who have knowledge fear Allah. Verily Allah is the Mighty, the Forgiving. 28 Those who rehearse the Book of Allah, establish regular Prayer, and spend (in Charity) out of what We have provided for them, secretly and openly, hope for a commerce that will never fail: 29 That He may give them in full their rewards and increase for them of His bounty. Indeed, He is Forgiving and Appreciative. 30 (O Prophet), the Book We have revealed to you is the Truth, confirming the Books that came before it. Verily Allah is well aware of His servants and sees everything. 31 We gave the Book as an inheritance to Our chosen servants, among whom some are unjust against their souls, some are moderate, and some are exceedingly virtuous by the permission of God. This is indeed a great favor. 32 They will enter the gardens of Eden, where they will be adorned with bracelets of gold and pearls, and of silk will be their garments. 33 And they will say: "All the praises and thanks be to Allah, Who has removed from us (all) grief. Verily, our Lord is indeed OftForgiving, Most Ready to appreciate (good deeds and to recompense). 34 (the Lord) Who, out of His Bounty, has made us dwell in an abode wherein no toil, nor fatigue affects us. 35 Those who deny the truth shall remain in the fire of Hell. Death will not be decreed for them, so that they could escape by way of death, nor will its torment ever be eased for them. Thus do We requite every ungrateful person. 36 And they will be shouting therein: our Lord! take us out; we shall work righteously, not that which we have been working. Gave We not you lives long enough so that whosoever would receive admonition could receive admonition therein? and there came unto you a warner; taste therefore and for the wrong-doers there will be no helper. 37
