Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Ya'. Sin. 1 and the Quran, the Book of wisdom, 2 You (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) are indeed one of the Noble Messengers. 3 On a Straight Path (i.e. on Allah's religion of Islamic Monotheism). 4 This is a revelation sent down from the Majestic and All-merciful 5 so that you may warn a people whose ancestors were not warned before wherefore they are heedless. 6 The Phrase has become obligatory upon most of them, yet they do not believe. 7 We will certainly put iron collars on their heel's which will come up to their chins, so that they will not be able to raise their heads. 8 And We have made before them a barrier and a barrier behind them, then We have covered them over so that they do not see. 9 It is the same to them whether you warn them or you warn them not, they will not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 Verily We shall give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before and that which they leave behind, and of all things have We taken account in a clear Book (of evidence). 12
