Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
O THOU human being! 1 By the wise Qur'an. 2 Most surely you are one of the apostles 3 on a Straight Way, 4 A revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful, 5 That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 Undoubtedly, it (their disbelief) has proved true for most of them, so they will not believe. 7 We have put fetters around their necks which reach up to their chins so that they are standing with their heads upright, 8 And We have put a barrier before them, and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up, so that they cannot see. 9 It is the same to them whether you warn them or you warn them not, they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who listens to the warning and fears Ar-Rahman secretly. So give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward. 11 Surely it is We who bring the dead to life and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; everything We have numbered in a clear register. 12
