Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Yaa-Seen (Alphabets of Arabic language – Allah and to whomever He reveals, know their precise meanings.) 1 By the Quran, full of wisdom (i.e. full of laws, evidences, and proofs), 2 Indeed you, [O Muhammad], are from among the messengers, 3 pursuing a straight way 4 This is a revelation sent down from the Majestic and All-merciful 5 That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware. 6 Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe. 7 We have put fetters around their necks which reach up to their chins so that they are standing with their heads upright, 8 We have set-up a barrier in front of and behind them and have made them blind. Thus, they cannot see. 9 And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe. 10 Thou canst but admonish such a one as follows the Message and fears the (Lord) Most Gracious, unseen: give such a one, therefore, good tidings, of Forgiveness and a Reward most generous. 11 Verily, We shall indeed bring the dead back to life; and We shall record whatever [deeds] they have sent ahead, and the traces [of good and evil] which they have left behind: for of all things do We take account in a record clear. 12
