Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ya, Seen. 1 I swear by the Quran full of wisdom 2 Truly, you (O Muhammad SAW) are one of the Messengers, 3 On a Straight Path (i.e. on Allah's religion of Islamic Monotheism). 4 A revelation from the mighty, ever-merciful (God), 5 so that you may warn a people who are unaware because their fathers were not warned. 6 The Word has been realised against most of them, yet they do not believe. 7 Surely We have put on their necks fetters up to the chin, so their heads are raised; 8 And We have put a bar in front of them and a bar behind them, and further, We have covered them up; so that they cannot see. 9 The same is it to them whether thou admonish them or thou do not admonish them: they will not believe. 10 You warn only him who follows the advice and fears the Most Gracious without seeing; therefore give him glad tidings of forgiveness and an honourable reward. 11 Lo! We it is Who bring the dead to life. We record that which they send before (them, and their footprints. And all things We have kept in a clear Register. 12
