Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Yaa-Seen (Alphabets of Arabic language – Allah and to whomever He reveals, know their precise meanings.) 1 By the Quran, full of wisdom, 2 you are indeed one of the messengers 3 On the Straight Path. 4 (and this Qur'an) is a revelation from the Most Mighty, the Most Compassionate 5 that thou mayest warn a people whose fathers were never warned, so they are heedless. 6 (I swear) that most of them are doomed to be punished. They have no faith. 7 We have indeed put shackles around their necks reaching up to the chins, so they remain facing upwards. 8 And We have placed before them a barrier and behind them a barrier, so We have covered them, so that they see not. 9 Whether thou warn them or thou warn them not, it is alike for them, for they believe not. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 Verily We shall give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before and that which they leave behind, and of all things have We taken account in a clear Book (of evidence). 12
