Y S (Yaa Seen)
83 verses, revealed in Mecca after Jinns (Al-Jinn) before The Statute Book (Al-Furqaan)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
O THOU human being! 1 I call to witness the Qur'an, custodian of all laws, -- 2 Verily thou art of the sent ones, 3 and that you follow the right path. 4 (This is) a Revelation sent down by the AllMighty, the Most Merciful, 5 In order that you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 The Word is proved true against the greater part of them: for they do not believe. 7 We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that they cannot bow their heads 8 And We shall raise a barrier in front of them and a barrier behind them, and cover them over so that they will not be able to see. 9 It makes no difference to them whether you warn them or do not warn them: they will not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 It is We indeed who bring back the dead to life, and write down what they send ahead (of their deeds), and traces that they leave behind. We keep an account of all things in a lucid register. 12

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
