Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
YaSeen. 1 Consider this Qur'an full of wisdom: 2 verily, thou art indeed one of God's message-bearers, 3 On a right way. 4 by [virtue of] what is being bestowed from on high by the Almighty, the Dispenser of Grace, 5 [bestowed upon thee] so that thou mayest warn people whose forefathers had not been warned, and who therefore are unaware [of the meaning of right and wrong]. 6 Indeed, the word [of God's condemnation] is bound to come true against most of them: for they will not believe. 7 Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft. 8 and We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have enshrouded them in veils so that they cannot see: 9 Whether you warn them or do not warn, it is all the same; they will not believe. 10 You only warn he who follows the Remembrance and fears the Merciful in the Unseen. Give to him glad tidings of forgiveness and a generous wage. 11 Surely, it is We who revive the dead and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; We have counted everything in a Clear Book. 12
