Y S (Yaa Seen)
83 verses, revealed in Mecca after Jinns (Al-Jinn) before The Statute Book (Al-Furqaan)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Ya-Sin. 1 By the Quran, full of wisdom (i.e. full of laws, evidences, and proofs), 2 Indeed you, [O Muhammad], are from among the messengers, 3 and that you follow the right path. 4 the sending down of the All-mighty, the All-wise, 5 That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware. 6 Indeed, the word [of God's condemnation] is bound to come true against most of them: for they will not believe. 7 We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up (and they cannot see). 8 and We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up so that they cannot see. 9 It makes no difference to them whether you warn them or do not warn them: they will not believe. 10 You can warn only him who follows the Admonition and fears the Merciful Lord without seeing Him. Give such a one good tidings of forgiveness and a generous reward. 11 Surely it is We who bring the dead to life and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; everything We have numbered in a clear register. 12

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
