In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Ya Sin 1 Consider this Qur'an full of wisdom: 2 That you are indeed one of those sent 3 and that you follow the right path. 4 (The Qur’an is) Sent down by the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 5 That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware. 6 Undoubtedly, it (their disbelief) has proved true for most of them, so they will not believe. 7 We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that their heads are forced up (and they cannot see). 8 And We have made before them a barrier and a barrier behind them, then We have covered them over so that they do not see. 9 It is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them for they shall not believe. 10 You can only warn him who follows the Reminder (the Quran), and fears the Most Beneficent (Allah) unseen. Bear you to such one the glad tidings of forgiveness, and a generous reward (i.e. Paradise). 11 Verily We shall give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before and that which they leave behind, and of all things have We taken account in a clear Book (of evidence). 12
