Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I swear by Ya Sin 1 By the Quran, full of wisdom (i.e. full of laws, evidences, and proofs), 2 You (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) are indeed one of the Noble Messengers. 3 on a straight path, 4 the sending down of the All-mighty, the All-wise, 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, and so were heedless. 6 Indeed, the word [of God's condemnation] is bound to come true against most of them: for they will not believe. 7 We have put fetters around their necks which reach up to their chins so that they are standing with their heads upright, 8 And We have placed before them a barrier and behind them a barrier, so We have covered them, so that they see not. 9 It is the same to them whether you warn them or you warn them not, they will not believe. 10 You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward. 11 It is We who bring the dead to life and records the deeds of human beings and their consequences (of continual effects). We keep everything recorded in an illustrious Book. 12
