1/4 Hizb 45
< random >
When the trumpet blast is sounded they will come out of their graves and hasten to their Lord, 51 "Woe betide us!" they will say, "Who has roused us from our sleep?" This is what the Lord of Mercy promised: the messengers spoke the truth! 52 It will be no more than a single Blast, when lo! they will all be brought up before Us! 53 This Day (Day of Resurrection), none will be wronged in anything, nor will you be requited anything except that which you used to do. 54 Lo! those who merit paradise this day are happily employed, 55 They and their spouses will recline on couches in the shade therein. 56 In it (paradise) are fruits for them and whatever they ask for. 57 Peace, a saying from the Most Merciful Lord. 58 "But stand aside today, O you who were lost in sin! 59 ۞ Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you not worship Satan - [for] indeed, he is to you a clear enemy - 60 but to worship Me? Surely, that is a straight path. 61 “And he has indeed led a large number of you astray; so did you not have sense?” 62 This is Hell which you were promised! 63 Roast therein today for that ye have been disbelieving. 64 This Day, We shall seal up their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their legs will bear witness to what they used to earn. (It is said that one's left thigh will be the first to bear the witness). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 22, Page 24] 65 If it had been Our will, We could have put out their eyes. They would have struggled to find the way, but how could they have seen it? 66 And if it had been Our Will, We could have transformed them (into animals or lifeless objects) in their places. Then they should have been unable to go forward (move about) nor they could have turned back. [As it happened with the Jews see Verse 7:166 The Quran]. 67
