If We extend anyone's life, We reverse his development. Can they not use their reason? 68 And We have not taught him poetry, nor is it meet for him; it is nothing but a reminder and a plain Quran, 69 to warn all who are truly alive, and to justify the word [God's verdict] against the deniers. 70 Do they not see that, among the things which Our hands have fashioned, We have created for them cattle of which they are the masters, 71 And We have tamed them for them, so some of them they ride, and some of them they eat. 72 From cattle they get milk and other benefits. Will they not then give thanks? 73 They have set up other gods besides God, hoping to be helped by them, 74 Instead, the disbelievers will be brought into the presence of God as the soldiers of the idols. 75 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) do not grieve because of what they (the disbelievers) say; indeed We know what they conceal and what they disclose. 76 Does not man see that We have created him from Nutfah (mixed male and female discharge semen drops). Yet behold! He (stands forth) as an open opponent. 77 producing arguments against Us, and forgetting his own creation. He asks, "Who can give life back to bones after they have rotted away?" 78 Say thou: He shall quicken them Who brought them forth for the first time, and He is of every kind of creation the Knower! 79 Who hath appointed for you fire from the green tree, and behold! ye kindle from it. 80 And is it not possible for the One Who created the heavens and the earth to create the likes of them? It is surely possible, why not? And He is the Great Creator, the All Knowing of everything. 81 His command, when He intends anything, is only to say to it: Be, so it is. 82 Holy is He Who has full control over everything, and to Him you shall all be recalled. 83
