The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By oath of those who establish proper ranks. 1 And those who drive away (the wicked) with reproof 2 Then those who recite, being mindful, 3 surely, your God is One, 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth, and of what between them is Lord of the Easts. 5 Indeed, We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment of stars 6 and have protected it from every rebellious satan. 7 They cannot listen to the Highest Chiefs for they are pelted from every side, 8 Repulsed, for they are under a perpetual penalty, 9 Except him who snatcheth away a word by stealth, and him then pursueth a glowing flame. 10 So, ask those who deny the truth if it was harder to create them than all the other things We have created? We created them from sticky clay. 11 Nay, thou marvellest; and they scoff 12 And they do not understand, when explained to. 13 And when they see a sign, they ridicule 14 And they say: "This is nothing but evident magic! 15 When we have become dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then verily be raised? 16 “And also our forefathers?” 17 Say (O Muhammad): Ye, in truth; and ye will be brought low. 18 So it shall only be a single cry, when lo! they shall see. 19 and they say, 'Woe, alas for us! This is the Day of Doom.' 20 'This is the Day of Decision, even that you cried lies to. 21
