The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
CONSIDER these [messages] ranged in serried ranks, 1 and the drivers driving, 2 And those who read (the Word) for a reminder, 3 Indeed your God is surely only One. 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and everything between them; Lord of the Easts. 5 We have adorned the lower heaven with the adornment of the planets, 6 and guarded it against all rebellious devils: 7 they cannot overhear the Higher Assembly for they are pelted from every side, 8 To make them flee, and for them is a never-ending punishment. 9 And if any is able to snatch a fragment, he is pursued by a piercing flame. 10 (Muhammad), ask them, "Have they (people) been created stronger than what We have created?" We have created them from moist clay. 11 Nay, but thou dost marvel when they mock 12 And when they are reminded, they mind not, 13 And whenever they see a sign, they mock at it. 14 and say: “This is nothing but plain sorcery. 15 Is it ever possible that after we die and are reduced to dust and (a skeleton of) bones, we will be raised to life? 16 And our forefathers [as well]?" 17 Say thou: and verily ye; shall then be despicable. 18 For it is only a single scaring, then behold, they are watching 19 They will say, "Ah! Woe to us! This is the Day of Judgment!" 20 [It will be said], "This is the Day of Judgement which you have been denying." 21

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
