The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By oath of those who establish proper ranks. 1 By the angels driving away. 2 By those (angels) who bring the Book and the Quran from Allah to mankind [Tafsir Ibn Kathir]. 3 Most surely your Allah is One: 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is in-between the twain, and Lord of the easts. 5 We have indeed decked the lower heaven with beauty (in) the stars,- 6 With security from every froward devil. 7 They cannot listen to the speech of those on higher elevations and they are targeted from every side. 8 driven away, and will suffer eternal punishment. 9 And if any is able to snatch a fragment, he is pursued by a piercing flame. 10 So ask them, are they stronger in constitution, or those whom We have created. We have created them of sticky clay. 11 No, you marvel, while they scoff. 12 And, when they are admonished, pay no heed,- 13 And whenever they see a sign, they mock at it. 14 saying, "This is plain sorcery!" 15 "What! When we have died and become dust and bones, will we be brought back to life again, 16 What, and our fathers, the ancients?' 17 Say, "Yes, and you will be [rendered] contemptible." 18 It will be a single Zajrah [shout (i.e. the second blowing of the Trumpet)], and behold, they will be staring! 19 And will say, “O our misfortune!” It will be said to them, “This is the Day of Justice.” 20 This is the Day of Separation, which ye used to deny. 21

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
