The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
By the angels ranged in ranks. 1 and the drivers driving, 2 And those who read (the Word) for a reminder, 3 Verily your God is One, 4 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and of all that is between them, and the Sustainer of all the points of sunrise! 5 Verily We! We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment: the stars. 6 And (there is) a safeguard against every rebellious Shaitan. 7 They cannot listen to the Highest Chiefs for they are pelted from every side, 8 They are rejected and theirs is an everlasting punishment; 9 And if any is able to snatch a fragment, he is pursued by a piercing flame. 10 So ask them, are they stronger in constitution, or those whom We have created. We have created them of sticky clay. 11 Nay, thou marvellest; and they scoff 12 And when they are warned they pay no heed. 13 And when they see a sign, they ridicule 14 saying, "This is plain sorcery!" 15 When we have become dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then verily be raised? 16 "And also our fathers of old?" 17 Say: 'Yes, but worthless' 18 There will only be a single jerk, and they will gape, 19 And say: Ah, woe for us! This is the Day of Judgment. 20 (It will be said): "This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny." 21

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
