The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By those [angels] lined up in rows 1 And those who drive [the clouds] 2 And those who recite the message, 3 your God is One, 4 the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and of all that is between them, and the Sustainer of all the points of sunrise! 5 Behold, We have adorned the skies nearest to the earth with the beauty of stars, 6 And (there is) a safeguard against every rebellious Shaitan. 7 They cannot listen to the higher group (angels) for they are pelted from every side. 8 Repelled; and for them is a constant punishment, 9 Except one who sometimes steals a part, so a blazing flame goes after him. 10 Therefore ask them (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), “Are they a stronger creation, or are other things of our creation, (the angels, the heavens etc.)?” We have indeed created them from sticky clay. 11 No, you marvel, while they scoff. 12 and when they are admonished, they pay no heed; 13 And when they behold a sign, they turn to scoffing. 14 and say: "This is clearly nothing but [a mortal's] spellbinding eloquence! 15 What! when we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then certainly be raised, 16 And our fathers too?" 17 Say (O Muhammad): Ye, in truth; and ye will be brought low. 18 There is but one Shout, and lo! they behold, 19 They will say, "Woe to us!" (They will be told), "This is the day of receiving recompense". 20 “Yes, this is the Day of Final Decision that you used to deny as a lie.” 21

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
