The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By those [angels] who range themselves in close ranks 1 by those who reprove severely, 2 And thus proclaim the Message (of Allah)! 3 Verily your Ilah (God) is indeed One (i.e. Allah); 4 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them, and the Lord of the Easts. 5 Verily! We have adorned the near heaven with the stars (for beauty). 6 (For beauty) and for guard against all obstinate rebellious evil spirits, 7 So that they are not able to listen to the angels of higher (echelons), and are pelted from all sides 8 driven away, and will suffer eternal punishment. 9 Except those who eavesdrop and are pursued by a shooting flame. 10 Ask them thou: are they stronger in structure or those others whom We have created? Verily We! We have created them of a sticky clay. 11 Yet while you are filled with wonder, they just scoff; 12 And heed not when they are reminded, 13 and if they see any Sign, they laugh it away 14 And they say: Lo! this is mere magic; 15 Why - after we have died and become mere dust and bones, shall we, forsooth, be raised from the dead? 16 And our forefathers [as well]?" 17 You say: "Yes; and you will be lowly made." 18 There will be but a single blast and then their eyes will open. 19 They will say, "O woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense." 20 This is the day of the judgment which you called a lie. 21

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
