The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
I CALL TO witness those who stand arrayed in rows, 1 by those who reprove severely, 2 And by oath of the groups that read the Qur’an. 3 surely your God is One, 4 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and of all that is between them; the Lord of the Easts. 5 We have indeed decked the lower heaven with beauty (in) the stars,- 6 And to guard against every rebellious devil. 7 They cannot listen to the speech of those on higher elevations and they are targeted from every side. 8 cast out [from all grace,] with lasting suffering in store for them [in the life to come]; 9 Save him who snatcheth a fragment, and there pursueth him a piercing flame. 10 Then ask them (O Muhammad): Are they stronger as a creation, or those (others) whom we have created? Lo! We created them of plastic clay. 11 No wonder you are surprised as they laugh with scorn. 12 When they are reminded, they do not pay heed, 13 And, when they see a Sign, turn it to mockery, 14 And they say: this Qur'an is naught but magic manifest. 15 When we have become dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then verily be raised? 16 What, and our forefathers, the ancients' 17 Say thou: "Yea, and ye shall then be humiliated (on account of your evil)." 18 It will be but one Shout, then see, they are watching 19 And they will say: Ah! woe be unto us! this is the Day of Requital. 20 “This is the Day of Judgement, which you used to deny!” 21

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
