The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the rangers ranging 1 And those who drive away (the wicked) with reproof 2 and those who recite the Exhortation; 3 Verily your God is One. 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and that between them and Lord of the sunrises. 5 We have indeed decked the lower heaven with beauty (in) the stars,- 6 and have protected it from every rebellious satan. 7 So that they are not able to listen to the angels of higher (echelons), and are pelted from all sides 8 Outcast, and theirs is a perpetual torment; 9 Except him who snatches off but once, then there follows him a brightly shining flame. 10 So ask them if they are more difficult to create, or the rest We have created? Indeed (man) We created from fermented clay. 11 Rather you are surprised, whereas they keep mocking. 12 When they are reminded, they do not remember. 13 When they see a sign, they laugh at it, 14 and say: 'This is nothing but clear sorcery' 15 When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 16 "And also our fathers of old?" 17 Say, "Yes, and you will be [rendered] contemptible." 18 So that is just a single jolt, thereupon they will begin staring. 19 They will say, "Woe to us! This is the Day of Reckoning." 20 This is the Day of Separation, which ye used to deny. 21
