3/4 Hizb 45
< random >
And Noah had certainly called Us, and [We are] the best of responders. 75 And We rescued him and his family from the great distress (i.e. drowning), 76 and We made his seed the survivors, 77 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations to come in later times: 78 Peace be upon Nooh, among the entire people. 79 That is how We reward those who do good. 80 Lo! he is one of Our believing slaves. 81 Afterwards We drowned the others. 82 ۞ Verily among those who followed his Way was Abraham. 83 when he came unto his Lord with a pure heart, 84 and [thus] spoke to his father and his people: "What is it that you worship? 85 Do you want to worship false idols as your lords besides God? 86 What do you think of the Lord of the whole Universe?” 87 Then he looked at the stars, looking up once, 88 And he said, "I am indeed sick (at heart)!" 89 So they departed from him turning their backs. 90 Then he slipped unto their gods and said: eat ye not? 91 What is amiss with you that you do not speak?" 92 And he turned upon them smiting them with his right hand. 93 Then they advanced toward him, hastening. 94 He said: Worship ye that which ye yourselves do carve 95 and God created you and what you make?' 96 They said, "Let us build a fire and throw him into the flames". 97 (This failing), they then sought a stratagem against him, but We made them the ones most humiliated! 98 And he said: verily I am going to my Lord who will guide me. 99 "O my Lord! Grant me a righteous (son)!" 100 whereupon We gave him the glad tiding of a boy-child gentle [like himself]? 101 Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do as thou art commanded: thou will find me, if Allah so wills one practising Patience and Constancy!" 102 Then when the twain had submitted themselves and he had prostrated him upon his temple. 103 We called out to him: "O Abraham, 104 “You have indeed made the dream come true”; and this is how We reward the virtuous. 105 Verily that! that was a trial manifest. 106 And We ransomed him with a momentous sacrifice: 107 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 108 Peace be unto Ibrahim: 109 That is how We recompense the righteous: 110 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 111 And We gave him the glad tidings of Is-haq, a prophet, and of the righteous. 112 And We blessed him and Isaac. But among their descendants is the doer of good and the clearly unjust to himself. 113

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
