3/4 Hizb 45

And Noah had certainly called Us, and [We are] the best of responders. 75 We saved him and his family from the great affliction, 76 And made his progeny to endure (on this earth); 77 And We let it remain upon him in the latter: 78 Peace on Noah among all men. 79 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 80 He was one of Our believing servants. 81 We then drowned the others. 82 ۞ And most surely Ibrahim followed his way. 83 When he came to his Lord with a pure heart [attached to Allah Alone and none else, worshipping none but Allah Alone true Islamic Monotheism, pure from the filth of polytheism]. 84 and asked his father and his people, "What is that you worship? 85 "Is it a falsehood aliha (gods) other than Allah that you seek? 86 What do you think of the Lord of the Worlds' 87 And he cast a glance at the stars, 88 Then said: Lo! I feel sick! 89 All the people turned away from him 90 Then he turned aside to their gods secretly and said: What! do you not eat? 91 "What is the matter with you that ye speak not (intelligently)?" 92 Then did he turn upon them, striking (them) with the right hand. 93 Then the people came toward him, hastening. 94 Abraham said to them: “Do you worship what you yourselves have carved with your own hands 95 even though God created both you and that which you have made?" 96 They said, "Build him a furnace, and throw him into the blazing fire!" 97 Their desire was to outwit him, but We made them to be the humiliated. 98 He said: 'I will go to my Lord; He will guide me. 99 My Lord! grant me of the doers of good deeds. 100 whereupon We gave him the glad tiding of a boy-child gentle [like himself]? 101 Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do as thou art commanded: thou will find me, if Allah so wills one practising Patience and Constancy!" 102 Then when the twain had submitted themselves and he had prostrated him upon his temple. 103 We called to him, "Abraham, 104 You have fulfilled the dream (vision)!" Verily! Thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 105 This is indeed the manifest trial.' 106 And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice (i.e. a ram); 107 And left (his hallowed memory) for posterity. 108 Salamun (peace) be upon Ibrahim (Abraham)!" 109 Thus do We reward the doers of good. 110 truly, he was one of Our faithful servants. 111 We gave Abraham the good news of Isaac, a prophet and a righteous man, 112 and We blessed him and Isaac: but among the offspring of these two there were [destined] to be both doers of good and such as would glaringly sin against themselves. 113
