3/4 Hizb 45
< random >
(In the days of old), Noah cried to Us, and We are the best to hear prayer. 75 And We delivered him and his people from the Great Calamity, 76 and caused his offspring to endure [on earth]; 77 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations to come in later times: 78 Peace be unto Noah among the peoples! 79 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 80 Surely he was one of Our truly believing servants. 81 Then We did drown the others. 82 ۞ Of his party was Abraham. 83 When he came to his Lord, with a sound heart. (Free from falsehood). 84 When he said unto his father and his folk: What is it that ye worship? 85 Is it a calumny, gods apart from God, that you desire? 86 What think you then of the Lord of all Being?' 87 Then he glanced a glance on the stars. 88 and said: “I am sick.” 89 so they turned their backs on him and went off. 90 Then turned he to their gods and said: Will ye not eat? 91 What ails you, that you speak not?' 92 And he turned upon them striking them with the right hand. 93 Then came (the worshippers) with hurried steps, and faced (him). 94 He said: worship ye that which ye carve. 95 “Whereas Allah has created you and your actions?” 96 They said, "Build him a furnace, and throw him into the blazing fire!" 97 So they plotted a plot against him, but We made them the lowest. 98 And [Abraham] said: "Verily, I shall [leave this land and] go wherever my Sustainer will guide me!" 99 Lord, grant me a righteous son." 100 So We gave him tidings of a gentle son. 101 And when he reached the age when he could work with him, he said, "O my son, I have seen in a dream that I am sacrificing you. So tell me what you think of it!" He replied, "O my father, do as you are commanded; and God willing, you will find me steadfast." 102 So when they had both submitted their wills (to Allah), and he had laid him prostrate on his forehead (for sacrifice), 103 We called unto him: O Abraham! 104 you have fulfilled what you were commanded to do in your dream." Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 105 This is indeed the manifest trial.' 106 And We ransomed him with a mighty sacrifice, 107 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 108 Peace be on Ibrahim. 109 Thus do We reward the doers of good 110 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 111 And [in time] We gave him the glad tiding of Isaac, [who, too, would be] a prophet, one of the righteous; 112 And We blessed him and Isaac. And of their seed are some who do good, and some who plainly wrong themselves. 113

Notes and Instructions
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
