3/4 Hizb 45

And Noah verily prayed unto Us, and gracious was the Hearer of his prayer 75 We rescued him and his people from the greatest affliction 76 and We made his seed the survivors, 77 And We let it remain upon him in the latter: 78 "Peace be upon Noah throughout all the worlds!" 79 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 80 Surely he was of Our believing servants. 81 [and so We saved him and those who followed him] and then We caused the others to drown. 82 ۞ And verily of his sect was Ibrahim. 83 He turned to his Lord with a sound heart 84 When he said to his father (paternal uncle) and his people, “What do you worship?” 85 Do you want to worship false idols as your lords besides God? 86 What, then, do you think of the Sustainer of all the worlds?" 87 Then he glanced a glance on the stars. 88 and said, "I am sick!" 89 so they turned their backs on him and went off. 90 Then he turned towards their gods and said: "Why do you not eat (of these offerings)? 91 What is wrong with you that you do not speak?" 92 And then he fell upon them, smiting them with his right hand. 93 Then they (the worshippers of idols) came, towards him, hastening. 94 "Why do you worship these you carve yourselves," he asked, 95 And Allah has created you and what you make. 96 They said, "Build a pyre for him and throw him into the blaze!" 97 And they devised a plot for him, but We made them the humble. 98 And he said: "I am going away to my Lord who will show me the way. 99 My Lord, grant me a righteous (son)' 100 So We gave him good tidings of a forbearing boy. 101 and when he was old enough to go about and work with him, (one day) Abraham said to him: “My son, I see in my dream that I am slaughtering you. So consider (and tell me) what you think.” He said: “Do as you are bidden. You will find me, if Allah so wills, among the steadfast.” 102 But as soon as the two had surrendered themselves to [what they thought to be] the will of God, and [Abraham] had laid him down on his face, 103 We called to him, "O Abraham, 104 Thou hast already fulfilled the vision. Lo! thus do We reward the good. 105 This was indeed a plain trial. 106 We ransomed his son with a great sacrifice 107 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 108 'Peace be upon Abraham!' 109 Thus do We reward the doers of good 110 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 111 And We gave him the glad tidings of Ishaq, a Herald of the Hidden, from among those who deserve Our proximity. 112 We blessed him and Isaac: but of their progeny are (some) that do right, and (some) that obviously do wrong, to their own souls. 113

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
