We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 and We left them thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among later generations: 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 and, verily, [to this day] you pass by the remnants of their dwellings at morning-time 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138
