We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot too was one of the Envoys; 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 save an old woman among those that tarried; 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 And surely ye pass by them in the morning. 137 and night: will you not take heed? 138
