And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 and guided them to the straight path; 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And Lot too was one of the Messengers. 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
