And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 and We gave them the Clear Book, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 God your Lord and Lord of your forefathers?" 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
