And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Clear Book, 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 But they denied him [Iliyas (Elias)], so they will certainly be brought forth (to the punishment), 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138

Notes and Instructions
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
