We also favoured Moses and Aaron, 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 And We helped them, so they were the vanquishers. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 And showed them the right path. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” – 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
