Al-Saaffaat 4 of 5
And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 and We left them thus to be succeeded by a group [of followers] among later generations: 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron. 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 Surely, Elias too was among the Messengers. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” – 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 We perpetuated his praise in the later generations. 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 And surely ye pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
