And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them both the Book that made (things) clear. 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
