Verily We bestowed Our favours on Moses and Aaron 114 We saved them and their people from great distress; 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
