And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus do We reward the doers of good 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 Surely, Elias too was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),- 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind: 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day- 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
