We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 for those two were truly among Our believing servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?" 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
