And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 and We delivered them and their people from the great distress. 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not be mindful of God? 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 Lot too was one of the Envoys; 133 Wherefore We saved him and his entire family 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 Or at night. Then how is it you do not understand? 138
