And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 We gave them the explicit Book, 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!" 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 Or at night. Then how is it you do not understand? 138
