And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 We succoured them, and they gained the upper hand (against their enemies). 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 Except an old woman who was one of those who stayed behind. 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 Or at night. Then how is it you do not understand? 138
