And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And showed them the right path. 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers - see V. 2:112). 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 Except the chosen creatures of God. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night.
