Al-Saaffaat 4 of 5
And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 We saved them and their people from great distress; 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 Surely they were both of Our believing servants. 122 So also was Elias among those sent (by Us). 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except for God's sincere servants; 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He is indeed one of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 When We rescued him and his entire household. 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 You pass by them in the morning 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
