Al-Saaffaat 4 of 5
And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 And We helped them, so they were the vanquishers. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be on Elias. 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 We rescued him and his whole family, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 And at night; do you not then understand? 138
