And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron. 114 We saved them and their people from great distress; 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people, “Do you not fear?” 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 but they rejected him, and thus will certainly be called to account; 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 And lo! ye verily pass by (the ruin of) them in the morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
